Driven elastic plate modes
In this section we present some vibration modes of a driven elastic plate. Here, the plate is driven by a vertical force at the center. Thus, the so called Chladni patterns on the surface of the plate can be observed drawing the nodes of the vertical component of the particle velocity. All the results presented are obtained numerically by means of elastodynamics 3D-FDTD method.
